Where is Rodrigo Montes based, and do you travel? +

I am based in Los Angeles, California and perform regularly throughout Southern California and the greater LA area. I also travel nationally and have performed in New York, Chicago, Miami, Las Vegas, and internationally. Travel fees apply for events outside the greater LA area.

How do I track my shop order? +

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Physical products ship within 2–3 business days. Expedited shipping is available at checkout. For order questions, email orders@themystician.com with your order number.

How do I access my video downloads after purchase? +

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link within minutes. Downloads are available for 12 months from purchase and can be saved to your devices for permanent offline access. If you have any issues, contact support@themystician.com.

What is your return policy for magic products? +

Unopened physical products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Due to the nature of magic secrets, opened products and all digital downloads are non-refundable. If an item arrives damaged, we will replace it at no charge β€” contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Do you offer custom magic lessons or coaching? +

I occasionally offer one-on-one coaching sessions for serious students. Availability is limited. Contact me with details about your experience level and goals, and we'll discuss whether private coaching is the right fit for you.
